Quote Requests

Every time a visitor completes a configuration and submits their details through your 3D configurator, it appears here as a quote request.

What's in a quote request

• Customer info — Name, email, phone number
• Configuration — The exact product options they selected
• Timestamp — When the request was submitted
• Status — New, viewed, or archived

Email notifications

You receive an email notification for each new quote request. The email includes the full configuration details so you can respond quickly without logging into the dashboard.

Pack usage

Each quote request uses one credit from your active pack. When your pack runs out, new requests are held until you purchase a new pack.
