Sign Up
There are two ways to create a CPQ3D account: sign up from the homepage with your website URL, or click an invite link from your organization admin.
Option A: Sign up from the homepage
This is the standard self-service path. You start on cpq3d.com and have a working configurator on your website within 2 minutes.

Enter your website URL
On the CPQ3D homepage, type your company website (e.g. https://yourcompany.com) and click "Get Started Free". CPQ3D scans your website to auto-detect your company name, logo, and product images.

Enter your email and company details
Confirm or adjust the auto-detected company name, enter your email address, and select your product category (pergola, veranda, carport, awning, or other). If a logo was found on your site, you can select it here too.

Choose your configurator
Pick from the available 3D configurators that match your product category. You can also map product images from your website to specific configurators.

Check your email
A magic link email arrives from CPQ3D (check spam if needed). The link is valid for 24 hours. Click it to verify your email and continue setup.

Complete onboarding
After clicking the magic link, you're taken to the onboarding wizard where you can fine-tune your setup — language, company info, logo, and widget settings. See the Onboarding page for details.

Set a password (optional)
At the end of onboarding, you can set a password for future logins. Minimum 8 characters. You can also skip this and continue using magic links to sign in.
Option B: Sign up via invite link
If you received an invite link from your organization admin (e.g. a manufacturer inviting their dealers), the process is simpler:

Click the invite link
The link pre-selects your organization — you'll be joining an existing company on the platform rather than creating a new one.

Enter your details
Provide your email, company name, and website. The organization and configurator are already assigned.

Verify your email
Same magic link flow — check your inbox, click the link within 24 hours.

Complete setup
Finish the onboarding wizard and optionally set a password.
Returning users
Already have an account? Go to admin.cpq3d.com and enter your email. CPQ3D automatically detects the right login method:
- Password login — If you set a password during signup, you'll see a password field.
- Magic link — If you haven't set a password, a login link is sent to your email (valid for 1 hour).
- Legacy (Auth0) users — If you had an account on the old platform, you'll be guided through a one-time password reset to migrate to the new system. No data is lost.
What happens behind the scenes
When you sign up, CPQ3D:
- Creates your account and stores your company details
- Scans your website for images, logos, and company metadata
- Sends a personalized magic link email (from Tom, the founder)
- On verification, activates your free starter pack (10 quote requests)
- After onboarding, creates your tenant with a unique configurator URL
- Sends a welcome email with your embed code and direct configurator links
The magic link email
The signup email comes from CPQ3D with a personal message from Tom. It contains a single button:

This link expires in 24 hours.
